My Perfect Protein Packed Salad

Yesterday I ate an entire pizza to myself (and no, not the relatively healthy kind).

Feeling bad about my lifelong junk food diet, I ventured to the grocery store to buy ingredients to make the biggest, baddest salad in town.

And boy, did it not disappoint.

It was filling, healthy AND delicious!

I promise.

I added some chicken which was grilled on a pan with some seasonings.
I then topped it off with a homemade dijon vinaigrette…mmmm…
