Infused Ice Cubes

Water. It’s good for you. We all know that.

Then why do I find myself constantly reaching for the iced tea/juice/iced coffee when I’m thirsty?

Flavour. Straight up, water can be super boring.

I’ve found a way to make it fun, flavourful, and give you that added boost. Add some lemon and strawberries to your ice cubes, and you’ve got reduced inflammation, a boosted immune system, a bunch of antioxidants, and some extra energy.

Who wouldn’t want that?
